Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Panoramma. By subscribing to a plan or creating an account, you accept them.

Who provides the service

Panoramma is a service of PENDIENTE: razón social, tax ID PENDIENTE: CIF/NIF, registered at PENDIENTE: domicilio social. For anything about these terms: PENDIENTE: correo de contacto.

What Panoramma does

Panoramma measures a brand's visibility in two places: its position in Google results for the keywords you choose, and whether AI assistants — ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — mention it when answering questions in its category. From that it builds a report, proposes a content plan, and helps you write it.

AI measurement is weekly, not continuous: each active prompt is asked once a week on each chosen platform. It isn't real-time monitoring and doesn't claim to be.

What the measurement is NOT

Language model answers aren't deterministic: the same question can produce different answers on the same day. What Panoramma delivers is a weekly sample that's comparable with itself over time, not a census of everything AI says about your brand.

So we don't guarantee any ranking or mention outcome, nor that any particular action will improve either. Reports are an analysis tool, not a commercial promise.

Account and access

You need an account to use the service, and you're responsible for what happens with your credentials. You can invite other people from your organisation; what they do counts as done by you.

Accounts are created with the email used to pay. If you buy with one email and want access under another, write to us and we'll change it.

Plans, quotas, and prices

Each plan includes a quota of measured prompts, a quota of tracked keywords, and a monthly allowance of AI tokens for the features that write (content plan, articles, reviews). Quotas belong to the account and it splits them across its brands however it likes.

The token allowance resets on the 1st of each month and doesn't roll over: what you don't spend that month doesn't carry forward. Top-ups bought separately do last until spent.

The weekly measurement uses no tokens and never stops, even at zero balance. That's deliberate: a gap in a report's history can't be recovered.

Advertised prices exclude tax. The final amount, with whatever VAT applies in your country, is shown before you confirm payment.

Free trial

The trial lasts 7 days, requires a card, and creates no charge while it runs. During the trial the quota is reduced — 10 prompts and 20 keywords — so that we can offer it at no cost to you.

If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription for the plan you picked starts and the first period is charged. You can cancel at any time from Billing, inside the panel, and you won't be charged.

If the trial ends without activating, we stop measuring your prompts. We delete nothing: if you come back later, what was measured during the trial is still there.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

The subscription is monthly and renews itself until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until that date, and there are no partial refunds for unused days.

If a charge fails we don't cut the service off or stop measuring straight away; we flag it in the panel so you can check your card.

As this is a digital service that starts being provided immediately and is preceded by a free trial, the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply once the subscription has started. If something has gone wrong, write to us: we look at it case by case.

Acceptable use

You may not use Panoramma to measure brands you have no legitimate interest in, to resell access, or to try to extract data from the service en masse by means other than the interface.

Measured prompts may not name the client's own brand — the generator prevents it, because that measurement would be worthless — nor contain anyone's personal data.

Content and ownership

What you upload or configure is yours: brands, domains, prompts, keywords, and competitors. Articles and plans you generate with the AI features are yours too, and you can publish them wherever you like.

Panoramma's software, design, and methodology are ours. Subscribing gives you the right to use the service, not to copy it.

AI-generated text can contain errors or inaccurate claims. Review it before publishing: editorial responsibility for what you publish is yours.

Availability and changes

We do what's reasonable to keep the service available, but we don't commit to a specific uptime percentage. We depend on third parties — AI providers, search data providers, and infrastructure — whose outages can affect us.

We may change features and prices. A price change is announced at least 30 days in advance and never affects a period already paid for.

Liability

Except where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, our total liability is capped at what you've paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. We're not liable for lost profits or for commercial decisions made on the basis of a report.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. The courts of PENDIENTE: ciudad have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law imposes another forum because of your status as a consumer.
